With 13 million customers, 350 stores and forecast to open 15 new stores until the end of the year, 18.000 employees, 800 call center agents.
Casas Bahia needed to solve a problem that involved the communication of its agents of collection and its customers.
This integration would have to diminish the operational costs and still to optimize the relationship with the customers.
